I had two broody hens that were laying on eggs together, they hatched 3 grey ones and one black one. They are fine with the grey chicks but they don’t like the black one. They weren’t letting her eat and they hurt her pretty bad so I removed her and put her by herself in a cat carrier with food water and a stuffed animal.

I would remove all the chicks. The mother might eventually go after them, even if she appears fine now. I don't think the color (especially how it's so similar to the others) should be a problem. However, I have known brooders to be rougher with their sons than their daughters.

The chick is significantly darker than all the other chicks, they are a very light grey almost white. It is also smaller than the others.
