Silkie chick color??

Yes this little sweetie is splash!
I can see some of the splash markings coming in at the base of the wings. It does appear to be bearded. How much of a beard it ends up with will be difficult to tell until it gets older.

Hi! Do you have any update pics of your little chick? I have 15 chicks right now and I can’t wait to see how their colors mature. One chick is a light grey like this one, one chick is a darker grey with a white spot on the head and the feathers seem to be coming in white as well, and then one chick is light grey with a white on the top of the head and white feathers coming in as well.

I think those dark and light Greys might be little splashed as well!!! It’s hard to say about that first chick, but they are Suuuper cute!!!
I can’t wait to see how they turn out for you! ^^

This little one is one of my favorites. Such a dark grey but feathers are coming in so white!
