Just got back from the farm store and couldn't resist their 'assorted silkie' bin! They're so tiny with the exception of one. I'm so excited to have silkies again. <3

Does anyone know the colors of these babies?

Looks like you have one that is either white or buff. It's hard to tell because hatchery quality birds often look yellow as chicks but turn out to be white. Anyways, looks like you may have one splash too and a couple blues.

I know the brightest white chick was probably a white. It's why I only picked one. I was hoping the little white one with the stripe on it's back was a splash too. There was only one of those left or I'd have gotten more.

The little brown and grey ones are a mystery to me. They don't look totally like a blue chick that I'm used to seeing. I was hoping for partridge but they don't look like those either.

Updates! Anyone have any input? Here is one of the many brown and grey's.

I wonder if they could be a buff/partridge mix?
I’ve heard of blue partridge Wyandottes...I wonder if that color exists with Silkies?
It’ll be very interesting to see what they look like when grown.
Please post pics as they mature.

Update! The chicks feathers look to be coming in light silver ( Blue? Lavender?? ) With gold freckled in.
