Silkie chick colors

I just had 16 silkies hatch on Thursday/ Friday, a couple have stripes on their backs, 14 of the chicks should be blue, black, or splash. I have one that is white with a couple small dark dots, I'm assuming this is a splash, but what about the stipend ones, are they splash too or will they turn blue?
