Silkie chick questions!

Hey guys! I bought this silkie mix from Rural King. It is the grey one in the photos. I bought her/him the day after I bought my other chicks. She/he is around 3 weeks old. It is way smaller than my other chicks. Rural king could not tell me how old any of the chicks were. I am pretty sure my regular chicks are around 4 weeks old and the silkie is around 3. I know it is a bantam breed, but it just looks the exact same as when I got it 3 weeks ago! Is that normal? Is it going to look like a silkie? What color do you guys think it will be?

Yep, it's a silkie, and it sure looks like a silkie bantam.

Second one looks like it may be dark gray.

Third one looks brown.

First/Last one looks white or cream.
