Silkie chick with bloody mass at vent - pics - HELP!

I would isolate her in a dark area and just let her calm down, I think the prep H will help it go back in, further stress will just make it worse. Let it be for a bit and check it in a few hours.
 
I haven't had a hen with a prolapsed ovaduct yet, but if you think that is really what the problem is, another lady I know shared this info with me a few years ago. Wash the area and lubricate with medicated Vaseline or Bag Balm so it is easier to go in. You can use Lidocaine or oragel to numb the area first so the hen will not feel the prolapse when you push it gently back in and she will stop straining. You can use the Preparation H all around the area to reduce swelling as well, and she also used the Preparation H again in another 4-5 hours after pushing it back in.
