Some chicks can live for years. Just keep an eye on her and make sure she is getting food and water like 'cherrynberry' recommended.

Mine progressed like that only it started of worse and ended up like the pic of penny when she was older at only 3 weeks. We had Penny.... her name started out as peck peck penny because she was so bossy and it turned into peep peep penny because she talked all the time. She started out with a similar beek. She lasted about 6 weeks but we ended up having to cull her, ironically when she had free range abilities. I've heard stories of cases that the babies can live for years. Penny wasnt one of them. Baby pic was May 30 (she was about a week old) .. 2nd pic was right before we had to cull her and it was Jul 10. She lasted a couple of days past that. She was a fighter but she didn't have any fight left in the end.
She was pretty bad for a while but she was super strong willed and we didnt think we should hold her back. She really has a cool story. When I introduced the flock she was with(14), to my older flock(13), she was the boldest and bravest. When she really started to decline I was just going to keep her as a pet honestly. But I separated her and she would NOT STOP PEEPING! SHE WANTED HER SISTERS!!! so we put her back, and sje stopped peeping and went to town with her sisters. Immediately she went to work trying to integrate the 2 flocks. A couple of days later she had had it, unfortunately. She was really a great story. She definitely had a purpose and she knew it.Mine progressed like that only it started of worse and ended up like the pic of penny when she was older at only 3 weeks.
I totally agree! The best advice is to just watch it closely and make sure it does get food and water. Also sometimes other chickens can bite the chickens tongue off if the cross beak is too serious. That happened once to a YouTuber and it can be very awful. By the way your silkie is adorable!
