The very best way to see an endless parade of silkies is to subscribe to the Silkie Thread, on BYC. There are several others silkies threads generally differing by color ie, only partride silkies, buff silkies etc. Did you know there is also the Showgirl variety of silkies. Here are my two silkies in a flock of 20 mixed breeds. These were a last minute add to my shipment of chicks they day they went out and I am so glad I got them. I just love them. Pearl has stayed way tinier than Pru. Can anyone tell me if I have roo/pullet on either yet?
