Silkie chicken with eye injury(?) please advise

I have a white silkie bantam hen
She was fine yesterday, this morning when I opened the hen house one of her eyes was shut. I don't see any sign of external injury and there's no bubbling.

I brought her in and wiped it with a warm compress and put some optixcare eye lubricant gel in and it looked better. Bathed and dried her then put her back outside. Now the eye is shut again and it seems like there's some crustiness? but not weeping/dripping.

What should I do?

I didn't see anything in there. I'm wondering if she wasn't either irritated/scratched by her dust bath yesterday or hay or bed shavings...

I haven't noticed any signs of respiratory issues like coughing or wheezing or nasal discharge

Has she been lethargic lately? And have other chickens been pecking on her? I suggest you dab it gently with a wet cottonball, and isolate her, and see what happens. Hope she's getting better!!
