Silkie /Cochin cross

I have a non frizz white silkie rooster that will be paired with my frizzle cochin batam hen. Could this cross create a sizzle? Or does the rooster have to be the frizzle cochin? I have a frizzle silkie rooster and will pair him with a non frizz black silkie hen. I was thinking I shouldn't keep the frizz rooster with the frizz hen. Is that right?

1. yes, still produce sizzle.
2. yes, breed the frizkie with a silkie hen to create more frizkie.
3. correct... don't breed frizzle with frizzle.
