Silkie- cockerels or pullets??

I got these Silkies May 18th, this year, which makes them about 12 weeks.
Sorry for the bad quality pics- I can't get better ones, I only have my phone.

Buff Silkie 1:smaller than the other one, very shy.

Buff Silkie 2: larger, bigger comb.

Ok, thanks a lot. Those 3 that you said were boys do have the biggest combs.... hey, this gives me exactly a 50% roo to hen rate from my 16 chicks. cool. Well, I mean, if you were completely correct....
