Ok What's his color I was told splash but he looks gray

That is not a splash, splash = spots, like someone shook out a paint brush on them. He looks gray to me too. a diluted blue

Thank you I was also told that eather him or the other Roo has a lav gene (Bobbi Porto line) but I think he looks Lav to me more I look at him I will try to get in touch with the lady I got him from and ask again

He looks like a Lavendar to me. And he is pretty.

He's either a light blue or a lavender. The hackles look darker than the rest of the body, which would indicate blue, but it could be the lighting. Check the tail shafts.
