silkie comb/waddle color a defect?

not a great picture, this is fresh from a bath but would his comb, waddles, and face color be considered a Defect or a DQ?

also just a random extra question is it normal for black silkies to have “blue” skin instead of pure black black?

The Standard actually calls for dark blue skin everywhere except the comb which is to be deep mulberry approaching black.
His skin is a defect, not a DQ. His comb and wattles are a medium mulberry but they are not bright red which is a DQ.
