Silkie Duck With Droopy Wings..Not Sick

My silkie duck has a problem holding it's wings up they just keep flopping down. It will "throw" them up but they just hang back down. The other one is completely normal. They are about 6 wks old now and it has stayed the same. I thought that it was just getting its feathers in and they were heavy..but now i think this is not the case. I will take some pics tomorrow to post.

Ive read that when their new feathers are comming in (when molting), that they often let their wings droop as the feathers are filled with blood and very heavy.
