Silkie egglaying

Ok everyone I have had my four Silkies since the end of February. I have notice they develop different than other chickens but when should they start laying? I am positive that at least one of them is a female. Thanks! -Alex

I got 4 Silkie chicks and 3 were hens. They didn't start laying until between 9-10 months old :3
