Silkie eggs

The silkies come from Garry Farm, in Georgia and her name is Nancy, BYC screen name: bargain. She usually has listings in the buy/sell/trade section. My first order was only six eggs. She sent seven. 5 out of seven were fertile, but only 3 made it to lockdown. I just started a batch of 15 more from her, so I don't know how many will develop yet. This is an excellent article that you must read for incubating and hatching shipped eggs. They require different treatment then local eggs. Good luck!

I haven't had a chance to write up a full review on the Garry Farm. But, I agree! The eggs I received from them were wonderful! My silkies, which I was most worried about are gorgeous! There are so many things that can go wrong, of course. But, if all goes well, certainly you know they have done more than their part. I fully intend to write about their incredible packing etc in detail. If there are any questions, please ask. These folks are incredible. .. go above and beyond, make no excuses and consider their delivery very serious business. It's refreshing when the relationship is taken seriously, so we can relax about everything else ;) anyway, you will love working with them!
