Silkie Eye Color

My silkies have BROWN eyes. I was wondering if this would be a disqualification in the show ring. Should I even bother to show them?

It would be at most a 2 point deduction. If that's their only problem show them.

im just wondering here since I am new to this concept of show chickens but am just dying to take one.. if im not positive on its quality am I ignorant to take it and just see.. I read the standard on the silkie and looked over my bird .. I think shes or he is ok.. it has 5 toes no missing nails etc.. it has the shredded feathers , it does have brown eyes.and im not sure about the comb.. should i take a chance or just buy another bird ( ill do that anyway.lol) im just wondering if you get started by going and showing and learning why your bird did or didn't do well ?
