How the heck do you keep the gnats from living in/on your silkies head fluffs!!!!??????

I don’t really have a pic of the gnats because they come and go…. They just won’t leave her alone!!!!

I know this is nasty and not likely to happen but check the skin under the fluff and make sure there isn’t a infection or open small cut or something
