My new babies from my own chickens My silkie is honestly to much of a diva to sit on her own eggs so I put them under my black australorp and boom 2 perfect little ones hatched. She is such a proud momma (her own eggs were duds ) I swear to all that is holy my silkie knows those babies are hers but my black australorp will not let anyone near them. These twins are going to be beautiful. Really wish she would have mated with my black frizzle hopefully the next ones will be. Although it’s way to early to tell I think one is a rooster and hopefully the other is female. If one is a rooster I will have to find him an amazing home as I already have my 2 roosters I wanted

They are so cute! I love frizzles! I think your right, the second pic is a little cockerel and the other one looks to be a girl.

I am setting a couple of frizzle eggs. IDK if they are fertile, some of my hens eggs look fertile. I am going to set them a few days with some shipped eggs I just got, and see if they are.

Oh I wish you the best of luck I absolutely adore my frizzles One of the best purchases I ever made. Even happier I have a blk and white roosters as I can make all kinds of neat crosses with them. Mine are bantams and no hen is to big they will climb right up and they are ALWAYS in the MOOD
