Silkie gender and color

Sorry for the late reply. I got it at Heartland Hatchery in Missouri.

The color is partridge. I'm leaning male on gender also. @LadiesAndJane

Agree this one is partridge and the comb is a little raised, but not much wattle yet in a beardless bird. I would love to see a full body side view free standing if possible before I comment on gender.

Great photo.
This one is not pure Partridge but likely partridge mixed color. Makes it more difficult to sex by color which you normally can do with Partridge Silkies.
I am on the fence with this one. It does have a male vibe. Silkies can change a lot from 12 weeks to 15 weeks so I think you have a few more weeks to wait it out!
