I have a question about foot feathering too. (Sorry if i'm stealing the spotlight).
I have a white silkie roo (pet quality though) that has vulture hocks and has heavey foot feathering compared to the other roos I have. If i were to breed him to the hens, would the chicks receive the vulture hocks too or just the heavy feathering? Actually, I really shouldn't say "heavy" more like, thicker? there's definitely more feathers on his feet compared to the others.
