Silkie has bumbleboot?

Does my silkie cockerel have bumblefoot? He has these brown scabs ... How should I treat this? We have Epsom salt and Neosporin without pain relief.

Looks like foot pad dermatitis.
At this point, I would not administer any type of "treatment", instead I would monitor the feet and keep the bedding dry.

Thanks! We will be getting our new coop soon. Hopefully that will help. He is currently in a dog kennel separated from our two bantam pullets.
