Silkie hen gagging and lethargic?

Hi everyone! So my silkie hen, Frost, hasn't been acting herself. She's been acting like she's gagging and acting not as energetic as usual. She hasn't been eating much either. She's been gagging like this for a couple weeks but today she just seems out of it. Please help! I love this little hen, she's so sweet. I'll answer any questions y'all have

x2.Although inst she already in the Emergency and disease section.I would go to a local feed store and pick up Safeguard which is effective against gape worm.Safegaurd is labeled under horses you can get the liquid goat kind or a paste wormer.
