Silkie hen or roo?

My grey silkie is almost three months old, and I'm starting to think that she is now a he. Any sugestions?

thats 100% cockerel you can see his streamers and i'm 200% sure on this

it has a beard which means it wont have big wattles hers an example *combs are big but these are full grown over a year old)
