Silkie..hens or roosters?

Bought the 3 white ones as a breeding trio...did I get what I paid for? 2 hens and a rooster:





I'm suspecting that this one is a rooster; but I wanted the experts to chime in and let me know:

How old is the one in the last 2 pics? s/he has the wrong comb which complicates the matter. Also would you beable to get a pic of him/her standing naturally?
