Silkie incubation

So I have silkie eggs in my incubator that were due to hatch yesterday. 5 out of 7 are still alive but no pip or anything showing remotely they are ready to hatch. What are the chances of them hatching? Should I leave them in a few more days and see what happens?

Is your thermometer calibrated? If the temperature is a bit low then they will develop slower.

They were 99.5 in my forced air and they are at about 100 to 101 in the still air for lockdown

I ran about 45 through incubation and 60 to 65 through this lockdown
