Silkie Loosing Feathers off Head

My Silkie chicken lately has been loosing her feathers around her waddle and most if not all off the top of her head. She's been broody lately and we've recently gotten a lot of rain. Does anybody know why this is happening?

could she be getting picked on? One of my girls was like that and she was getting bullied.

I have this one hen in the flock that can be a little bit of a jerk and likes to buddy up in the boxes with someone else. I'll have to go and do checks to see if she starts buddying up with other hens.
