Been thinking . . . would a silkie be a way cool, fun chick to have as a pet? No worry about eggs, no planning on eating her????

Adorable birds personally I don’t own any. I’ve heard they don’t do so well in cold weather, may be high maintenance and some people say they aren’t smart maybe a crested bird? I’ve got a baby white crested polish chick right now they have that adorable fluffy head and are also very docile

You know, I think I was getting Polish and Silkie mixed up. When you mentioned the head I was like, "Umm, doesn't the silkie have a cute head?" Ha ha.
