Silkie not growing

These two silkies, Peep and Jellybean, are the same age, about 3 weeks. They were day old when I got them. The black one was in bad shape and we didn't think it would make it. We hand fed it for a couple days. The other one was lively from day one. Well, the black one is at least twice the size of the other. They both eat well and are very active. Is this anything to worry about?

The bigger ones are probably regular sized silkies, and the small one is a bantam.

Well that makes sense. The big one is the same size as the other 3 week old chicks. I just assumed since they were in the same bin they were siblings. She's a little spit fire.
