Silkie not looking so good

Hi everyone, just yesterday I got a bantam silkie who doesn't look the best. Some of the feathers on her wing are kind of thin and missing some parts. I'm not too worried how she is looking and I think it will get better with time but is there anything I can do to help? This is my first year with chickens so I'm pretty clueless. Would it help if I posted pictures? (Sorry about the title- autocorrect)

Once she molts she will be okay....Sounds like Rooster damage...

Give him good feed and water, let him rest to overcome the stress of being moved.
Check him over for external parasites.
I hope you have him away from your other birds, in case he has pests or disease.

As aart posted look him over for parasites, but it may be bullying, stress, etc.Here is a good link about lice and mice identification in case you find them, and permethrin dust or liquid spray would treat them, used at 7-10 day intervals along with a bedding change:
