I've had white silkie pullets get pinkish combs, but it never became any more red then what it was originally.

Yes your bird's comb is quite red. You can update when they turn 5-6 months for confirmation of gender.

I agree with @MysteryChicken, this one is tricky. Some strains of white silkies have pinkish combs, even the pullets. I am on the fence with this one. Likely pullet, but could be a slower developing cockerel.
Hang on for a bit longer.
