silkie question . . . foot feathering

I have two nice looking (I think) white roos with heavy feathering on the feet. My question is this; should the foot feathering be silkie "fuzz"? Mine have actual feathers, on the feet, like off of a regularly feathered breed. I'm just wondering if this is normal or a fault?

Hard feathers in the foot feathering is normal.
