Silkie Question

I have 4 silkies.
Two hens and two Roosters.
Funny thing is they have bonded into pairs.
Neither Rooster bothers with the other roisters hen.
They DO NOT separate! The two pairs are Very inseparable!
They even Flog any other hens that come close.
Anyone else ever see this happen?

I have 2 silkie hens that are always toddling together. They sleep in a coop with others but while free ranging they are usually off by themselves, inseparable.
