Silkie question

I have 3 silkies 2 hens and 1 roo. That look really rough. The rest of the chickens in the coop look great. It's just these 3 I thought maybe a molt but it's been a while. They act normal just look silly. No mites or any thing and it started before summer so I don't think it's the heat. Unless maybe it slowed the molting process, if that's a thing. Any ideas are appriciated. The coop is muddy from doing their waters today.

That's from the rooster. You could either try get him a few more hens or buy the ladies saddles. We bought saddles as we have breed pens with not enough hens either.

Here's the ones we bought. They're mesh so don't get hot.

I'd try go with some All Flock or high protein feed for a while as that'll help their feathers.
