silkie question

i have 1 yr old chickens new hampshire red, amber link & brown leghorn
can i put a few silkies in with them or not?

Yes you absolutely can. I find they are bossy and hold their ground against other birds.

thank you so much for replying.. ive read so many different things i just dont want to make the wrong choice. Ot'll be awhile yrt there still in a brooder ill be sire to have them a place to get away from the big gals & guy if they want to plus i free range them all almost everyday so they'll be able to do there own thing, right? im hoping by the end of summer work will be slow enough i can talk the dh into building another coop. id like t add a few more big gals for more eggs

then the silkies can have there own house plus ill have more room so then i can get more silkiess also haha
