Silkie roo with tiny banty hen?

We have a teeny weeny (or as my 5 yr old daughter puts it, "tiny weeny"

) OE Banty hen, about 8 months old. She had a boyfriend but he sorta flew away upon arriving to his new home...

Anyhow, so this poor girl is all alone and I feel bad for her. I'd like to put her with my Silkies but I'm affraid my Silkie roo (who is significantly larger) may hurt her if he tried to mate with her... what do you guys think?

Frankly, I wouldn't chance it. Couldn't you get her one or two OEGB girl friends? I had a tiny weeny little OEGB that was paralyzed for months because of an over zealous bantam cochin roo.

She finally recovered but it involved a LOT of rehab and an indoor chicken for many months. Of course, I don't normally read of anything on here that drastic but, still, I wouldn't chance it.
