Silkie Rooster laying on his back

Hey there everyone-
I have a huge concern about my one Silkie rooster. The last few days I end up finding him laying on his back; a couple of times I thought that he was dead (until I picked him up). This has started happening suddenly 3 days ago, and I have no idea what could be causing him to do this or what to do to about it. If anyone can please help me figure this out I would greatly appreciate it.

How old is your rooster? Was he vaccinated for Mareks disease? Could he be dehydrated from the hot temperatures? Do you have more than one water location? I would get him drinking some water, and giving electrolytes or gatorade would be helpful. I would look for any weakness in a leg or dropping wings. It is possible that Mareks might be a possibility, but hopefully not. Are there other roosters who might have hurt him?
