Hi! I requested several days ago to be added to the Florida forum, but have not received a response, and I need to find a new home for my Silkie Rooster. I ended up with two, and they have gotten along just fine up until this past month. The first time they started fighting, one got slightly injured and kept them separated for a few days. After that, they kept their distance from each other for about a week. However, now, they do everything they can to get to each other. And if they do the fighting begins.
They are 10 months old and very sweet - alone.
If anyone is interested in giving this sweet boy a new home in my area (Seffner, Riverview, Lakeland, Tampa) I would happily bring him to you.
I won't give him to anyone that is going to eat him. I know each has their own way of doing things, but I don't raise mine to eat.
They free range all day, and are all very healthy and pretty.
