Silkie rooster with VERY swollen eyes, discharge

Does anyone know what this could be? The area around both eyes is extremely swollen and they are oozing green liquid.

Green discharge always makes me think pseudomonas infection. I would use lincomycin. Comes in a powder...use 1/4 tsp. per quart of water.

Thank you for answering! I posted on FB and got a BUNCH of replies and he is now dosed with Duramyacin.
