Silkie Rooster?

Is this guy a rooster like I suspected? I was told by the breeder he is 5-6 months old, not a single crow yet...

Crest is a little small for a silky hen, a profile shot might help - I'm not too concerned by the developing comb and wattles - could be a pullet about to lay. I wouldn't give up on this one yet. I see no signs that scream rooster.

Thats 100 per cent a hen. Nothing like a cockerel about it. Examples include dark comb, instead of mulberry coloured comb, lack of sizeable wattles, crest is in order unlike that of a cockerel and it holds its body like a hen
