My 3new to 4I week old chick is when it sleeps stands and its head moves down and sideways a but and it gasps for air then wakes up and does it again. He eats and drinks but not as much as my other chicks i had. But he does eat and drink. Its like he swollows like he is drinking but hes not drinking anything..doing while hes asleep.he then wakes abruptly and snaps outta it.
He wasnt in good place. The guy has him stuck in dirty cage with 12the others in a rabbit cage and about 40 other chickens adults were around. And it wasnt a big area. He posted chicks eggs and partrage silkies fkr sale in dayton ohio nothern dyaton. Im worried
I had him for 3the days now. Comfy in his brooder by himslef. I got him so when she or he gets older will be a friend for my adult australorp
