Is that a rooster? You just need to get pet nail clippers and clip it but not to short just the tip where it starts to curl ill show you where to cut...

Where the arrow is pointing, is that bumblefoot? Do you have a picture of it?

no she is a hen, it isn’t bumble foot, she’s had kind of a deformation there since she hatched. I can send a better picture of her nail

they have supervised free range for like an hour everyday. unfortunately though i am looking at the moment i only have one hen and one roo, my roo doesn’t have anything similar
