Bought a couple of "Silkie x Aracaunas" to replace my Australorps, and i think i may have gotten two roosters again. I cant really see too much of the aracauna in them either. What do you think?

They actually both have 5 toes. Any idea on the sex?The light one I could tell as it doesn't have much for feathers on the feet and doubtful it has five toes, but after that, they just look like typical backyard Silkies to me. The darker one looks sort of like a partridge or paint. I don't know the other breed much, we just raise Silkies.
My guess is they are 3-4 months? I have 8 four-month-olds that are growing their neck feathers right now, too that have me gawking, but only one is showing the walnut comb. I can only figure out one of mine. Maybe in a week or two it'll be easier. They actually both have 5 toes. Any idea on the sex?

Aha! There's the hugest difference, then. Yes, they look close to my 4-month-old Silkies. lol.Theyre actually 7 weeks oldAre they too big to be just silkies?
Those aren't even two months old yet and look how big they are. Those aren't silkie araucana mixes. Those are just regular silkies. If they did have Araucana in them, it wouldn't be half because the silkie feather gene is recessive.
Thats what i thought myself, they do have a few actual feathers coming through on their wings, is that normal? In any case, im mostly worried that they're roos, especially thr white one. Those aren't silkie araucana mixes. Those are just regular silkies.
