Hi, will Silkie Roosters mate with Buff Orpington hens?

they can .. my friend gave me some and her sizzle mates with cochin hens so silkie roos will mate with buff

Where there is a will, there IS a way. Yes, a Silkie roo can mate a BO hen. I had a rooster that was the result of such a coupling. He looked just like a BO body wise, but had a slight crest, feathered shanks and a wonky comb. He was a very sweet boy
