Silkies + Cold?

Do silkies mind the cold? Right now its 37 F. Should I let them out for a little bit?

I use to free range silkies. As long as there foot feathers dont get soaked and they can get out of the weather they should be fine.

It's been -6 to -10 the last 3 nights, and daytimes highs in the 20's here. The silkies are doing fine in an A-frame with no insulation and no heat source except for the RIR hen I put in with them last night.
