Okay so I have a silkie sitting on eggs but it's never happened before, her food and water are close by. Maybe a foot away. I don't know if I should do anything to help her or what not. She's been on them for a week I think. Help me out please!

Nothing you need to do but make sure she always has the food and water close by. You might do a quick check her a couple of times a day to be sure she is getting off the nest once a day to grab a quick bite of food, a few sips of water and to relieve herself. Also, that she is protected from predators (both chicken and egg predators).
Hint: If she is getting off the nest at least once a day, there should be a fair sized pile of broody poop somewhere outside her nest. If you don't see it, you'll smell it. Broody poop can't really be described, but you'll know it when you smell it.
