Silkies - pullets or cockerels?

Hey y’all!

These aren’t my birds, I’ve never kept silkies personally, but a friend of mine is starting her first flock. She bought all “pullets” from her local feed store, and we know how that goes. I had to tell her that one of her buff orpingtons is indeed a cockerel, as is one of her barred rocks. Now she is concerned with her 5 other birds and asked me about these two silkies. I have no experience with silkies, so I told her I would see if anyone here could help!

For silkies, 6 weeks is too soon to tell. When they are at least 3 months, then usually they can be determined, but it's more like 4 months for nailing it.

They are very pretty though!
