In my quest to find silkies, I came across these two little bedraggled chicks. They stink to high heavens and their pretty dirty, but I want to let them calm down before I stress them out more by bathing them. I don't think they're silkies though, unfortunately. Does anyone have any idea about what they are? They are kind of fuzzy, but their legs look like my Mille de'fleur. I can post more pics after they're bathed, but I was just curious... thanks in advance!
e From raising numerous D'uccles myself, I can testify that they're a truly wonderful breed!
unfortunately we have a six bird, hen only, limit here and I really want a silkie so the plan right now is for these to go to my sister and brother-in-law's farm when they're old enough and healthy. Unless we fall in love with them, which is a distinct possibility.
