Just be aware that a silkie comb is not the single comb common to many breeds. Silkies have a walnut comb that looks, well, like a walnut

If you are asking whether or not you can sex them this young, the answer is no. Silkies cannot be sexed accurately until they are six months old or there abouts. Young male Silkies will not develop combs as fast as some of the single comb breeds.

I had one that started crowing today. I'm assuming that's a good sign it's a roo.

The babies are 6 weeks old.
So there is another one with a comb just like the crower AND the second one has tiny little wattles coming in. Silkie #2 was chest butting everyone this morning. Can I assume that it's a boy too or could it just be a cranky non-morning-person female?

The chest bumping spars happen with all chicks, regardless of gender. Usually the females stop fighting males as they mature, but not always.

I had a hen weal into a young cockerel (not yet breeding age, but old enough to sex) a couple of days ago when I did some re-ordering of the pens. For whatever reason, she did NOT want him in her presence.

I had put my lavender roo in with my blue hens to give him some 'girl time' until I get the new blue roo. The three hens were WHALING on him so much that he was hunkered down in the corner. I didn't want him to get beat up, and I didn't want his labido to be damaged so I had to take him out.
