Silky Eggs Nutrition/Taste

Hi Everyone,

I was just doing some research this morning,and came across some interesting information about Silky eggs.
Has anyone out there done much research into the nutritional difference in Silky eggs over common hens eggs?
What I was reading was calling them Silky Fowl rather than chickens or hens,in fact it was comparing silky eggs to hens eggs.
Interesting stuff and I wa s curious if anyone on BYC had ever looked in to this aspect of teh breed.
